We were a part of this year’s ‘Now or Never’ festival, an immersive, collaborative celebration that brings together art, community and architecture throughout Melbourne’s city centre.

At our iconic @T&G Building we hosted an incredible art installation: TWIFSY (The World Is Fine, Save Yourself)’ by artist Peter Thiedeke.

Our atrium came alive with this technology-driven, idea-provoking art display which vividly projects the space where art and technology converge, a theme that’s so meaningful to us and our innovative and creative tenants.

Presented by Experimenta in partnership with the T&G Building for the City of Melbourne, TWIFSY explores the implications of our society transitioning toward an increasingly digitally-driven world. Made of modular, mixed-media panels, the incredible installation challenges us to embrace being an innovator with creative autonomy and view technology as friend not foe.

In our properties, we always are delighted to bring together community, and in this instance, we provided a platform for artists to engage with the community through a series of lunchbox talks and a VIP ‘mixer with the artist’ event, where tenants and the wider community were invited to come and meet the artist of TWIFSY and enjoy live music and canapes.
