We have successfully completed construction of Tri-Seven Roppongi.

The premium 14-storey Grade A quality, office and retail development with approximately 9,500 tsubo (approximately 31,434 sq m) of gross floor area is located in Roppongi’s Central Business District (CBD), next to Tokyo Midtown, 45% of Tri-Seven Roppongi’s office space and 100% of the retail space is let. A luxury specialty retailer Barney’s New York, and the upscale coffee retailer Blue Bottle Coffee, will both open in late 2016.

Tokyo Midtown Management Co. Ltd. a leading property management firm and wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui Fudosan Co. Ltd. will serve as the property manager for Tri-Seven Roppongi.
