Pembroke’s iconic San Francisco property welcome three new tenants and renews another, making the property 82% leased.

Pembroke announced 140 New Montgomery, our iconic property which has long symbolized the convergence of innovation and technology, will be bustling with new tenants and a renewed commitment from an existing tenant. New tenant super{set} is a startup studio that combines data and artificial intelligence to deliver transformational solutions. Pembroke also welcomes new tenant, Heidrick & Struggles, the premier provider of global leadership advisory and on-demand talent solutions, serving senior-level talent and consulting needs of the world’s top organizations. 140 New Montgomery’s largest existed tenant, Bloomberg, also has renewed its lease.

When built in 1925, 140 New Montgomery was one of San Francisco’s tallest skyscrapers. It symbolized technological advancement, innovation and artistry and was the headquarters to Pacific Telephone and Telegraph. The iconic Art Deco tower is 26-stories and was renovated to restore the exterior architecture and modernize the building’s interior with panoramic views of downtown San Francisco.
