Max leads the evaluation of US investment opportunities and the operation of our DC portfolio.
Max is responsible for analyzing potential investment opportunities across our US markets, conducting due diligence and the ultimate execution of new transactions. He also is responsible for the strategic asset management of our DC portfolio leading business plan development, leasing, capital projects, portfolio management and tenant engagement activities.
- Responsible for the investment lifecycle—identifying opportunities, acquisition negotiations, strategy implementation, and asset disposal
- Overseeing development management including strategic planning, feasibility studies, design management, and project delivery
- Responsible for asset operational performance and managing strategies that promote tenant satisfaction
