S-Kai in Hamburg’s HafenCity has signed two 10-year leases with Prodware Deutschland AG and German notary Notare in der HafenCity.

Prodware will take 930 sq m, occupying over half of the second floor at S-Kai, while Notare in der HafenCity takes 1,360 sq m of space on the seventh floor. These new lettings follow two previous 10-year leases at our HafenCity portfolio, with global communications firm Edelman and international law firm Bird & Bird last year. Now only 3,000 sq m (of a total of 31 300 sq m) available office and retail space remains in our HafenCity portfolio comprising four buildings.

Founded in 1989, Prodware Group is a leader in digital transformation and headquartered in France. The company works across 13 countries and the German business´ move to S-Kai is part of its ongoing expansion plans within Germany.

Notare in der HafenCity is a merger of the existing notary offices HafenCity and Veritaskai, both of which look back on decades of history. The two notary’s offices will give up their previous premises and start their joint operations in a completely refurbished office in S-Kai.

Acquired by Pembroke in 2015, S-Kai is part of our Hamburg portfolio comprising four buildings by the tranquil green space of Sandtorpark.
