We’re embarking on a transformative refurbishment of 1201 New York Avenue

1201 New York Avenue will deliver some of the most expansive and innovative common areas and amenities in the city. Adjacent to CityCenter DC, a prime DC destination, and overlooking iconic District landmarks, we are leveraging our global expertise to deliver a transformed Class A office environment at 1201 New York Avenue. Offering dramatic views from three sides through new exterior glazing and floor-to-ceiling glass in select areas, the 430,000 sq ft free-standing property will include a 13-storey light-filled atrium, leading-edge amenities and upgrades in keeping with international best practices.

The dynamic two-level lobby will feature a redesigned upper lobby with spaces for functional collaboration and interaction while a revitalized fully equipped lower lobby will include a relaxed lounge and entertainment spaces. The redesigned 6,000 sq ft health club-quality fitness center offering the WELLBEATS on-demand fitness system will enhance tenant health and well-being. Additionally, a full-time amenity coordinator will join property management staff to ensure an exceptional tenant experience.

Tenants interested in glimpsing the depth of their building’s transformation can do so with interactive technology provided by Cityscape Digital. Using virtual technology displayed on a 65-inch television, individuals use a handheld controller to walk through the new 1201 New York Avenue. This is a much more interactive experience than standard virtual reality technology as individual goggles are not utilized, allowing several people to engage, experience and comment on what is being viewed.
