Mästerhuset has attracted a diverse range of occupiers including financial, legal, media and tech companies.

NC Advisory AB, advisor to Nordic Capital Funds, a leader in Nordic private equity investments, will lease 2,500 sqm of office space over floors 8 and 9.

Magnora, a family-owned holding company of high-profile companies such as Kreab and Demoskop, will lease 1,310 sqm on floor 8 and TriOptima, the award-winning provider of post trade risk management services will lease 3,530 sqm on floor 6. In addition Grupp F12 will open their new restaurant, ‘The Good Life’ in November 2015. A new Melker Anderson concept, the restaurant will occupy 1,000 sqm on the ground floor. The average lease term of the building is over 10 years.

Upon completion, Karl Sundholm, part of the Pembroke team delivering the property, will take the lead providing bespoke occupier services. Karl will be supported by Coor Service Management, the premium provider of office services in the Nordics, who have recently been appointed based on their innovative approach to office services and knowledge of international businesses practices. Together, Pembroke and Coor will provide integrated occupier focused customer service and seamless building management.
