We are pleased to announce the signing of 50 percent of Coffee Plaza West in Hamburg’s popular HafenCity district.

DIS AG has signed a five-year lease taking 2,250 sq m of office space across four contiguous levels, translating to 50 percent of the building. The letting follows a significant investment in improvement works at both Coffee Plaza West and S-KAI, including redesigned lobbies by international design practice, Hassell, and improved wayfinding and signage. A new refurbished roof terrace at Coffee Plaza West is also due to be completed in summer 2019, which will provide impressive views towards the Elbphilharmonie.

Acquired in 2015, Coffee Plaza West is one of four properties within its Hamburg portfolio, alongside Coffee Plaza East, Hamburg American Centre and S-KAI. Totaling 32,000 sq m the properties comprise modern office, retail and restaurant space. This includes Bianc, chef Matteo Ferrantino’s Mediterranean-style offering that opened at S-KAI late last year, and his latest concept, Picnic by Bianc, a new café bistro offering small plates which opened last month.
