International law firm Bird & Bird will move from its current HafenCity location to S-Kai, with views overlooking Sandtorpark towards the Elbphilharmonie.
In the adjacent Hamburg American Centre, the last two remaining spaces have now been let, with global consulting group COWI occupying 548 sq m (5,899 sq ft) and the legal collection department of Hamburg law firm Uhsadel Rechtsanwälte taking 342 sq m (3,681 sq ft), both located at first floor.

We have recently completed a comprehensive refurbishment at Coffee Plaza West, including a lobby and rooftop redesign, with further refurbishment opportunities under consideration at Coffee Plaza East.
Positioned around the green open space of Sandtorpark and with views towards the Elbphilharmonie, the four properties within our 32,000 sq m (344,445 sq ft) HafenCity portfolio comprise Coffee Plaza West, Coffee Plaza East, Hamburg American Centre and S-Kai. Popular Italian restaurant Mama Trattoria and Michelin starred Bianc add vibrancy and interest to the campus environment at HafenCity, with outdoor seating overlooking Sandtorpark.
Following these lettings, 4,320 sq m (46,500 sq ft) of office space remains available in varying configurations at S-Kai and Coffee Plaza.
