Masterhuset has Sweden’s most satisfied office tenants and took home the victory in the category Small and Medium-sized Companies in this year’s Fastighetsbarometern.

We’re delighted to have achieved 89 points in the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the highest among all participating companies – and only one point shy of their own previous record result (the index for the whole sector was 77 points). Our tenants in Mästerhuset and Sveavägen 14 took part in Fastighetsbarometern, which is Sweden’s largest tenant survey for commercial real-estate.

Fastighetsbarometern is jointly organized by the CFI-Group and the Swedish Property Federation. Each year, around 20 of Sweden’s largest commercial property owners participate in the survey, to gain a better understanding of their clients.
