Matthew Knight
Vice President, European Development & Head of UK

Matthew has a comprehensive background in real estate development, investment and asset management and now has dual roles across the UK and European business.
He leads the strategic management and asset management operations of the London assets, with direct responsibility of asset-specific strategic business plans and capital projects and tenant engagement in the United Kingdom.
He also leads the strategic direction and delivery of development and capital projects across our European platform, including London, Stockholm, Helsinki, Munich and Hamburg.
Prior to taking on oversight of the UK portfolio and European developments he was responsible for managing our Australian portfolio including assets in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
- Responsible for asset operational performance and managing strategies that promote enhancement of tenant satisfaction
- Responsible for the asset management of Pembroke’s London portfolio
- Lead the delivery of major development of 20 Martin Place in Sydney (20,000 sqm), along with asset repositioning’s at 41 Lothbury, London (135,000 sft) and the T&G Building, Melbourne (42,000 sqm)
- Lead the acquisition of 20 Martin Place and the T&G building in Australia
