Kristin Willerström

Kristin is responsible for the management of our Nordic portfolio including leasing, tenant relations, management of financial reporting and operational budgets, with oversight of external property managers.

• Strategic planning, developing, and implementing strategic plans for the asset management initiatives, aligning them with the overall business objectives
• Overseeing the portfolio management of the assets, including monitoring performance, optimizing returns, and mitigating risks
• Asset acquisition and disposal, identifying opportunities which align to Pembroke’s investment strategy, conducting due diligence and negotiation
