Kristan is responsible for the asset management and operations of our Boston portfolio.
Kristan work’s closely with the development, marketing, legal and financial teams and brings more than 15 years of real estate experience in Boston.
- Asset Management expertise including developing and implementing capital investment and leasing strategies
- Experience in retail leasing and strategic planning
Prior to Pembroke, Kristan was with a major Boston real estate development company focusing on the management and strategic leasing for the Boston portfolio.

- Tufts University, Bachelor of Arts
- Suffolk University Law School, Juris Doctorate
