Andy Dankwerth

Andy Dankwerth is an architect and member of our leadership team as well as an advisor for Fidelity Investment’s internal corporate and enterprise real estate initiatives.

Andy is committed to achieving the firm’s goals for sustainability across the global portfolio and sits on the Steer Committee for ESG, as well as Capital, Design and Development committees.

Working closely with our regional development directors, Andy is dedicated to ensuring that all our projects meet our best practices for design, procurement, and construction of new developments, repositioning’s, and capital improvements and align with our commitment to achieving net zero carbon for the operation of our assets by 2035 as well as net zero carbon for the whole life cycle by 2050 or sooner.
