A NEW MEETING PLACE IN THE HEART OF STOCKHOLM
At the corner of Regeringsgatan and Mäster Samuelsgatan, living, working, connecting, shopping and dining is emerging now. Now Pembroke is launching the property’s name – RGNT.
RGNT is a mixed-use building that will contribute to a more vibrant and dynamic city centre, ready for occupancy at the end of 2026. “Based on history and Queen Kristina’s coronation procession along Regeringsgatan, we landed on the name Regent – RGNT. Stockholm needs more places that can contribute to vibrancy in life at all hours of the day. This part of the city that used to shut down after office hours, is now accessible and full of people who come here for a full spectrum of reasons. It will be a meeting place that contributes to Stockholm’s attractiveness,” says Kristin Willerström, Senior Regional Director, Nordics, Pembroke.
There is great interest in RGNT, and the office floors are already fully leased. The area is home to several well-known international companies in areas such as legal advice and finance. RGNT’s ambitious sustainability solutions and wide range of amenity and services contribute to a high-quality environment for tenants and residents.
“This is a milestone for Pembroke. With our international experience in commercial property development, we can offer a retail concept of the future with experiences and inspiration that I believe Stockholmers will welcome,” says Kristin Willerström.
