Stacey Spurr
Regional Director, West Coast
San Francisco
Stacey is responsible for the strategic management of our San Francisco office and the asset management and operations of our West Coast market initiatives.
She has been involved in a variety of leasing and portfolio management activities and oversees asset-specific business plans, capital projects and tenant engagement. Additionally, Stacey is responsible for market coverage in support of Pembroke’s West Coast acquisitions goals. Prior to taking on oversight of the West Coast portfolio, she was responsible for managing our Boston portfolio. She holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
- Responsible for asset leasing, operational performance and managing strategies that promote tenant satisfaction enhancement
- Asset Management expertise including developing and implementing capital investment & leasing strategies
- Strategic growth with local expertise across the West Coast, with a deep understanding of both the financial and operational aspects of our buildings
