An accomplished and seasoned HR professional background with oversight of our global Human Resources.
Kathleen Bolen is a member of the senior leadership team who together shape the firm-wide strategy. She has extensive experience managing teams globally, with a strong foundation in building teams through talent acquisition, retention and associate development. She leads the strategic direction and implementation for HR initiatives globally to drive our success.
She is committed to advancing our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion priorities and serves as a culture champion to ensure that Pembroke is implementing values and behaviours so that associates can thrive and do their best work.
