Christian is responsible for developing and delivering our German market initiatives.
In addition, Christian was responsible for establishing our Munich office in 2018 and developing the asset- and property management team since then.
- Responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of development projects and developing growth strategies
- Oversee asset operational performance and managing strategies that promote tenant satisfaction enhancement
- Repositioning of assets, budgeting and cash flow planning, lease and contract negotiation, acquisitions and dispositions, local market engagement, and international financing
