1201 New York Avenue

T&G Building
Originally built in 1928, the T&G Building occupies a prime corner location within the desirable “Paris End” of Collins Street, and has three façades fronting Collins Street, Russell Street and Flinders Lane. The extensive refurbishment completed in September 2018, and the beloved heritage building was transformed with state-of-the-art tenant facilities and exceptional design improvements.
20 Martin Place
Located on the corner of Pitt Street and Martin Place in Sydney’s CBD, 20 Martin Place underwent a major development to provide additional floor space while retaining the existing building’s steel frame. Completed in 2015, an innovative façade provides a commanding presence with high visibility and the design maximizes functionality, flexibility, and sustainability.

Hikawa Gardens
Hikawa Gardens Akasaka is a hidden residential address in the centre of Tokyo. Influenced by the clarity and tranquillity of the neighbouring Hikawa Shrine, the 17 flats are designed according to minimalist design principles and with great attention to detail.
